Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://197.155.140.164/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Mali/.Districts/.prov_na/%5Bgid%5Ddifferences/%5Bgid+%5Ddetrend-bfl/gid+differences/dods')
