Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://197.155.140.164/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Africa/.Districts/label/1+index/.label/2+index/.dist_na/dods')
